We ordered online which was straightforward. We opted for touch up which we are very impressed with. We had an issue with postage (photos were dispatched but never arrived) but Emma was outstanding in dealing with it and got everything sorted in the blink of an eye. Communication was excellent and customer care was brilliant. One very happy customer, thank you so much!Lal Lindley Kesh PS

We found the photographer excellent and very patient with our children.Margaret Gallagher St. Eugene's Primary School, Victoria Bridge.
I could not speak highly enough about the service provided to our school. It was excellent. Linda was fabulous at selling the products and also at all the organisation pre and on the photography days. We are a large school and the detail of my instructions was followed to the letter. The photographers were also excellent and they spent such time with our pupils and some who had SEN also. It was overall a great first experience and one we hope will be replicated again. Many thanks.Kim Mulligan Ballyclare Primary School

The website has been a bit glitchy when using on a mobile device. Any photos I fabourited did not remain in favourites when I logged back in, although as a rule I always reject the optional cookies so perhaps this is the reason? Courier also left photo parcel on doorstep in the rain DESPITE instructions for safe space being included on the delivery sticker by yourselves. Otherwise, all direct interactions with Lafayette have been peefect and the final photos are gorgeous quality.Holly Brown Southern Regional College
