The only thing i that all options should be advertised. Ie online optio s. Only 4 were available on the day. I changed mine and you were very helpful with that to me. So thats 10/10 for me apart from on the day giving more options. Thanks.

The only thing I would say, is the photographer should allow you to wear your hat the way you want (i.e. Tilted back) and not straight down on the head! Only a simple thing, but I would have preferred my shots.

I could not speak highly enough about the service provided to our school. It was excellent. Linda was fabulous at selling the products and also at all the organisation pre and on the photography days. We are a large school and the detail of my instructions was followed to the letter. The photographers were also excellent and they spent such time with our pupils and some who had SEN also. It was overall a great first experience and one we hope will be replicated again. The glass was broken in one of the frames..but everyone was very helpful to make sure that I received an unbroken replacement..even though An Post broke one replacement..third time was lucky! Thank you all.

A lovely experience getting my photo taken on the day of my graduation. The photographer was cheerful and friendly and made me feel at ease. From choosing the type of package, to the arrival of the photographs, the staff were friendly and professional, making the experience a positive one. Very good. Very friendly and helpful photographer. A small bit of clarity on the website would be helpful, regarding one issue. I got the package that gives you a free picture frame. At the time of ordering online, it was unclear at what point that the particular free picture frame would be chosen. I almost bought another by accident, before I found out that you request the particular one in person on the day of the graduation.

Staff were very nice and very efficient. The queue was quite long but moved quickly.
