I found the staff very efficient, organised and friendly. The process was very fast during the graduation day and later with the delivery of the pictures. All went so smoothly. Thank you to all the team.

My daughter had two grads .. BA and MA. For various reasons we didn’t follow through on choosing her final prints for her BA. On her MA grad, (a year after her BA), Lafayette- Liz in particular- helped to uncover her BA prints, upload them and we were able to buy the prints. For this I am very very grateful. So an excellent service with exceptionally helpful staff.

Wonderful experience all round. Photographers on the day were absolutely brilliant and efficiency of receiving the photographs after ordering them was brilliant too.

I wanted a photo from 2016 graduation to add to my order. I emailed your office and photo was made available to me , very efficient, I thought it would be difficult to get an old picture.

I could not speak highly enough about the service provided to our school. It was excellent. Linda was fabulous at selling the products and also at all the organisation pre and on the photography days. We are a large school and the detail of my instructions was followed to the letter. The photographers were also excellent and they spent such time with our pupils and some who had SEN also. It was overall a great first experience and one we hope will be replicated again. Wonderful customer service team as they tried to fit my requests, But I guess the problem is really with the photographer's angle in taking the pictures.

it is two years nearly since these photos were taken but the lady who took the photos could not have been nicer. My biggest praise though is for the person I spoke to on the phone, when I ordered the photos recently. She was so helpful, professional and pleasant that I would highly recommend you to other people.
